Exchange & Returns Policy

At DrapeMe, we strive to provide our customers with the best possible shopping experience. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before making a purchase. We aim to satisfy our customers and ensure their happiness.

EXCHANGE POLICY:

Customer satisfaction is our top priority. All our dresses are tailored by experienced professionals and handmade accordingly. Each dress goes through a quality inspection four times before being shipped out to minimize such problems from arising. Because each dress is handmade, there will be a 5% difference at most between the product picture and the product you receive.

All products from size 3XL to 6XL are not exchangeable & returnable as these sizes are made to order. Please note that international orders can avail size exchange with an additional courier charge as per actual.

We do not provide refund/return on any product once sold. Once the DrapeMe pieces are sold, they can be exchanged for a replacement in a bigger or smaller size (provided the aforementioned terms and conditions are met). We do not offer reverse pickup services. The customer has to send the product back for exchange & return from their end. We do issue a credit note for our customers only when the desired size of the product is not in stock. If the product is eligible for size exchange, you may WhatsApp on our customer care number at ‘+919343058913 / +918103345661 or write us an email to drapemeofficial@gmail.com or drapemestore@gmail.com with the order number strictly within 24 hours of delivery to request exchange for exchange.

Only products that are unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all its labels and tags completely intact, in original packaging are eligible for exchange. Please mention your name, address, number, email, and order ID on the parcel along with the size needed. Size exchange is available (in case of size exchange, the customer is eligible to get a bigger or smaller size. Store credit equaling the amount of the exchanged product minus the shipping/COD cost of to & fro with a validity of 20 days from the date of receipt of store credit. The cost of shipping to & fro (reverse pickup as well as shipping charges) for the product is to be borne by you.

Please note that all sale, discounted, bought with a coupon, and gift voucher purchases are non-returnable, non-refundable, but size exchange is always possible. For size exchange, get in touch with us on WhatsApp at +919343058913 / +918305331961.

There are some items that are made to order, which are not eligible for returns. The return and exchange policy for such products are clearly mentioned on the product page.

CANCELLATIONS:

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of order placement. Please WhatsApp us on +91-9343058913 / +91 8103345661 or write to us at drapemestore@gmail.com or drapemeofficial@gmail.com to request a cancellation. You will not be able to cancel the order by yourself on the website. We appreciate if you inform us as soon as possible in case you do not want an order, so that we do not dispatch the order and save on the courier cost and effort. Cancellations of Cash on Delivery orders must be done strictly within 24 hours of placing the order. Kindly mention your name & order no.

COD order for PLUS size - from size 3XL to 6XL is not available, as these sizes are MADE TO ORDER. So these sizes order will be shipped only when the customer will pay the partial amount or the full amount.

  • COD Orders: If a customer does not accept a COD order, then they will not be eligible for a COD order for their next order. If they still wish to place a COD order, they must pay a confirmation amount of Rs. 500/-, which will be deducted from the final COD amount. In prepaid orders, a credit note will be provided. The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by DrapeMe and accept DrapeMe’s decision regarding the cancellation.

 

  • Credit Note: If the desired size of the exchange product is not available, a credit note will be provided. The credit note will be emailed or WhatsApp'd to the customer, which they can use on the DrapeMe website. Please ensure that the credit note is used within 45 days from the date of issue.

 

  • Partial Exchange: Customers can exchange any products that are eligible for exchange within 24 hours of delivery. However, please note that there are some items that are not returnable or exchangeable.

 

  • Size Exchange: If the product does not fit and the customer would like a new size, they should request a size exchange with the customer service team within 24 hours of receiving the product. DrapeMe's team will try its best to help with any size exchanges or alterations subject to availability. In case the size requested is not available, DrapeMe will offer the option to get a credit note to buy something else.

 

  • Exchange Not Accepted: Exchange or return will not be accepted if the customer does not like the material or color of the dress. DrapeMe suggests that the customer should read the product description and have a look at all the pictures before ordering. Customers can also call DrapeMe to know more details about the product if needed.

 

  • Colour Difference: 5-10% colour difference depends on the screen resolution and lights. Please do not expect an exchange or return for the same.

 

  • Product Condition: Exchange or return will not be accepted if the product is washed and worn.

 

  • Non-Returnable Products: All sale, discounted, brought with a coupon, and gift voucher purchases are non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable.

 

  • Accessories: No exchange or return for accessories.
